I settled on the sale of my condo eight months age, but the condo is still in my name. I received a notice fromThe Baltimore collection office told me that the condo is going on Tax Sale although All taxes were paid at settlement. Big Big problem.
"A to Z Title Company" and the lender still haven't resolved this situation with the county. How could that happen noone knows. I'm a 75 years old woman and I'm so stressed out and anxious that I can't function well anymore. Don't know what to do
they are postponing everything they don't contact the buyer and the poor guy doesn't know anything about the situation. I have been asking for the buyer's contacts, they tell me it's confidential.
Don't know what else to do.

I had trouble with retrieval the Quaila system of documents. It would not recognize my password after the first retrieval, hence I was unable to retrieve the second set of documents.
