Tanvir Aziz is the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of AtoZ Title & Settlement, bringing over 13 years of experience in the title industry and more than two decades of leadership across global finance and entrepreneurship.

A Washington DC resident for 14 years, Tanvir began his career as a derivatives trader at the New York Stock Exchange, followed by roles with the World Bank’s IFC, JPMorgan Chase, and Capital One. His work has taken him to dozens of countries, blending global perspective with financial expertise.

Driven by curiosity and innovation, Tanvir has been involved in multiple startups, learning through both successes and failures. His entrepreneurial journey led him to the title industry during his MBA at Georgetown University, where encouragement from trusted real estate professionals inspired him to turn vision into action and launch AtoZ Title.

Originally from Bangladesh, Tanvir has lived in New York and Pennsylvania before and traveled to more than 40 countries. He is passionate about music, travel, community engagement, and lifelong learning. Family is at the center of everything he does.

In 2021, he founded the South Asian Association of Real Estate Professionals (SAAREP) to strengthen collaboration and opportunity within the community.
